Moved Into New House
I got out of college just in time to join in the fun that is called moving. About five minutes after I finished unloading what was previously my dorm stuff I got sucked into the whirlwind of preparation. All I have to say is if we never move again I will be overjoyed. Unfortunately I doubt that will happen since we’re only in this house (The parsonage) until our old house sells, then we’re getting a new house and get to do it all over again. At least right now we’re only moving the basics and essentials. My books took up most of the room in my car in their various containers that I randomly put them in while searching for boxes for them, which I never found. Oh, and then there was my favorite thing! The game called “Untangle All The Wires Because You Were Too Lazy To Pack Them Neatly”. This game involved nearly anything electronic we owned and I was the only player. Not cool. At least my room was fairly easy to set up. Here are the few pictures I managed to snap while trying to organize everything. Oh and if anyone has ideas for what to put my books on I am open to suggestions. At the moment my bookcases are too large to move and I’d like to get the books off the floor.

Love the sword amongst the books!
About how to get books off the floor…when I was your age (a long, long time ago!) we made book shelves out of bricks and a long plank. Very attractive…and it worked. Or…put your least favorites on the bottom and stack the rest on top around the edge of your room…with the spines out, of course.
